Rhythms & Flavours: An Evening of Indian Culture

Savour the spice, enjoy the artistry, share the joy. Join us for an evening of vibrant culture, exquisite food, and joyful community – all in support of Alexandra House of Joy.

📍 Venue: The Littlebury Hotel, Bicester – a much-loved local favourite with cosy charm and a welcoming atmosphere.

This one-of-a-kind evening begins with a freshly prepared two-course Indian meal, bursting with flavour. As you dine, relax and enjoy the company of friends old and new, before the highlight of the night: a captivating performance of Classical Indian Dance by the renowned Athiswari Vadivale, a Senior Artiste celebrated for her mastery of Bharatanatyam, a South Indian dance form known for its grace, and expressive storytelling.

Evening Schedule:

• 6.00–6.30pm: Arrive, relax, and get comfortable before dinner.

• 7.00pm: Dinner is served: a delicious two-course Indian meal.

• 8.30pm: Experience the beauty of Bharatanatyam in performance.

• 9.30–10.00pm: A warm farewell and evening close.

The Essentials:

• Tables of 8: Round up your work besties, bring your other half, or come along solo and we’ll seat you with new friends!

• Tickets: £23 per head – two courses + live dance performance included.

• Dress Code: Smart casual or Indian attire – no fuss, just come in whatever makes you feel good.

• Raffle: Lovely goodies up for grabs – don’t miss your chance to take something special home.

• Allergies & Preferences: When booking, you’ll find space to share any allergies, intolerances, dietary needs (including vegan/vegetarian), or accessibility requirements – anything that helps us make your evening comfortable and enjoyable. Please note: cashew nuts and coconut are commonly used in Indian cooking.
