Day Centres Thrown Temporary Lifeline

In April 2017, a small victory was won when Oxfordshire County Council announced a "transition fund" to help charities take over running day centres. While a welcome relief, Rachael Scott-Hunter noted that it was only a "temporary lifeline" and didn't solve the long-term crisis for those with the most complex needs.
