Councillor Les Sibley, Chair of Cherwell District Council, organised a large charity dinner – sponsored by Bicester Village – in aid of Alexandra House of Joy, his chosen charity during his 2023/2024 term of office.

The dinner was held at the Heyford Hotel, Upper Heyford – a wonderful venue – and was well attended. Guests included a number of ‘the chain gang’ from across Oxfordshire, the High Sheriff, and a group of military personnel from the US air base in Croughton.

There was a substantial raffle which all helped towards the final total raised: £4,600!
